  • The Organizing Committee will be utilizing InTime as the required electronic scoring systems.

The Organizing Committee will post scores on an official scoreboard, which will be easily accessible by teams and judges per ISC requirements.

  • All cameras are able to record and store footage for review. The existing system automatically uploads all videos to the server and enables immediate access from stationary computers in the building. The views will include a top and bottom view.

It is understood and agreed that Paraclete XP will have all equipment needed, ready, and operational for competition performances and official training.

  • The tunnel is not equipped with a restaurant but the organizers will arrange food trucks daily.  Doordash and Uber Eats are both good apps to use for ordering and having food delivered to the tunnel.  They can be delivered to the front desk for your convenience so as not to interrupt your training or competition rounds.

Food trucks will be provided and available during the competition days (April 8-12).

  • When entering the building, you’ll be welcomed by one of our Front Desk staff. This is the registration area and where all competitors will also complete a waiver (online completion recommended). This floor has elevator access to the 2nd and 3rd floors as well as stairs.
